We are based in High Wycombe and work throughout Buckinghamshire, plus across the borders into Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Berkshire. Most of our work sits within about an hour of Wycombe, which covers the whole county and a good way past it.
If your town is not on the list below, ring anyway. For the right job we will travel further, and if it is genuinely too far we will say so rather than waste your time.

What the roofs are like round here
Buckinghamshire property stock is mixed, and the right approach changes a lot between a Chiltern cottage and a new-build extension.
Chiltern brick and flint
Older Chiltern cottages tend to have shallow eaves, soft brick and clay peg tiles. Flashings need dressing to suit what is actually there rather than cut to a standard pattern, and the mortar work around them wants a soft mix that moves with the building.
Georgian and Victorian townhouses
Amersham Old Town, Buckingham and Wycombe have plenty of them. Parapet gutters, valley leadwork and chimney stacks are where these leak, and they are exactly the details that get patched badly by general builders.
Listed and conservation-area properties
Large parts of the Chilterns AONB sit under conservation-area rules. Materials and detailing often have to match what was there, which means natural slate, clay tile and properly detailed lead rather than the cheapest modern substitute.
Modern homes and extensions
New estates around Aylesbury, Milton Keynes and Wycombe. Usually flat roofs on extensions and garages, rooflights and dormers — the RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM system covers most of it, with GRP where it suits better.
