JNC is an approved installer for the RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM system — a single-ply rubber membrane that bonds straight over most existing flat roofs and carries a 20-year manufacturer warranty on materials.
Only approved installers can buy the materials or offer that warranty. We are on the list.

Why It Matters
What "approved installer" actually means
It is not a sticker. Flex-R control who can buy and fit this system, and the warranty follows the approval.
The materials
Flex-R only supply RubberBond FleeceBack to installers they have trained and approved. If a roofer is not on that list, they cannot buy it.
20-year manufacturer warranty
The manufacturer warranty on materials only applies when the system is fitted by an approved installer. It comes with who lays it, not just what is laid.
The training
Jack has completed the Flex-R RubberBond FleeceBack course. Bonding, seams, upstands and terminations get done the way the manufacturer specifies.
The System
What RubberBond FleeceBack is
A rubber (EPDM) membrane with a fleece bonded to the underside. That fleece is the difference — it lets the sheet stick to a much wider range of surfaces than plain EPDM will, including tired old flat roofs that would otherwise need ripping off first.
For most jobs that means we can overlay what is already there. Less disruption, less waste in a skip, and less time with your roof open to the weather.
It is a good fit for refurbishing an aged flat roof and equally at home on new work.

- Bonds to timber, concrete and insulation board decks
- Factory-applied tape seams — no flame or hot works on your roof
- Pre-formed pipe seals and mouldable tapes for awkward details

Our Flex-R approval covers the RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM system specifically — not their full product range. If you have been specified something else from their catalogue, ask us and we will tell you straight whether it is a job for us.
